The rate calculator is free, but it isn’t public — we open it per person so we know who we’re quoting. Tell us who you are and we’ll email you a link, usually the same day.
Retainer hours are billed at the retainer rate instead of the ad-hoc call-out rate. Unused hours don’t roll over — they buy you the response, not a bucket.
